This remarkable ring not only features a beautifully faceted main stone, but also has a hidden, freely moving spherical stone underneath it which rolls around in the silver setting and which appears to be a carnelian. See photo 5 for best image of it. Also visible in image 2 as a reflection (you can't actually see it until you look down through the rock crystal from above.)
