For North American and International Customers (outside of EU)
SHV accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of package. Please email us the day it arrives with an explanation and arrangements may be made. Shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned with tracking and insurance, and be packaged the way they were sent. We do not accept returns on sale items.
