The amazingly talented couple, Micheline de Passillé and Yves Sylvestre, first opened their store in St Adele, Quebec in 1960. Their range of styles - from the highly abstract through to their delicate, lifelike botanicals - was as prolific as their output. On this piece, the design of stylized, contented looking birds with fish and trees is created in relief and highlighted with clear cobalt and turquoise blues in enamel. It is in wonderful condition with almost no wear to the plating and the enamel in perfect vintage condition.
