Bent Knudsen kinetic earrings

Bent Knudsen (1924-1997), who trained at Carl Cohr and then joined the renowned silversmith Hans Hansen, established his own shop in the mid-fifties with his wife, Anni. He produced wonderful, award-winning modernist designs in silver until the early 70s. This set - especially the necklace, which looks and moves like a mobile - is a departure from the more classical Danish design and reflects a more whimsical spirit. *Please note the earrings have been switched to pierced.
