Arne Johansen was active in Roskilde, Denmark from 1954 - 1993. His work is characterised by strong, simple lines and form, and often makes use of abalone cut to reveal more depth of colour and pattern than is usually seen. This ring is beautifuly constructed, with a nice weight to it, and is very comfortable on the hand.
