This is a spectacular example of the Milagros series of neck pieces made by Kepenyes. It has so many pieces that it's not possible to accurately count them all, but it's upward of 70. One of the milagros is broken, and one peg is missing 2 (see photos), but it's so full that it's not noticeable when worn, and it is in otherwise great condition.
