These are meant to be worn much as a neck tie would be, with an elastic (such as for a clip-on bow tie) or a ribbon holding them in place, although they work well on many sorts of tops. This example is a pleasing weight and has a nice bit of motion to it when worn. The third photo shows essentially how it looks while worn.
