This bracelet bears the mark of Tone Vigeland, with a partial Ragnar Hansen mark stamped on top of it (an H). We have previously had pieces with similarly superimposed marks (Erling Christoffersen's over Tone Vigeland's). We have also seen this bracelet before bearing only the TV marks.
update: having discovered an image from an old Plus Designs catalogue, it seems this piece was designed by Ragnar Hansen.
